Having spent many years working for local Government, in the area of change management I became passionate about personal change and the benefits it can bring to individuals. I have trained as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist with the Quest Institute ( www.questinstitute.co.uk ) whose training programme and qualification requirements are amongst the most rigorous in the country.  Through Quest I have been awarded a Diploma in cognitive Hypnotherapy (DipCHyp) and am an NLP master practitioner (NLP MPrac). I have attained Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (MNCH (Reg)) and abide by their strict codes of conduct. I have also attended courses on Life Coaching and am a certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner. I am also fully insured. I update my skills and knowledge regularly and am committed to ongoing personal development.
